What Infwave Provides
API gateway and model access services
Infwave API Gateway provides developers and teams with unified API access, API key management, model routing, usage metering, billing records, and orchestration for visual generation tasks. Customers use text models, visual generation workflows, and related gateway capabilities through the console or API.
The service is delivered online. There are no physical goods, shipping, or postal delivery. Access may be enabled through invitation codes, manual review, prepaid packages, payment links, or written commercial confirmation, depending on the checkout page, quotation, or contract.
Credits are not a wallet or cash balance
Credits, balances, or quotas shown in the console are internal units used only to meter Infwave API usage and service consumption. They are not an e-wallet, stored-value account, cash equivalent, transferable balance, or third-party payment product. Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed for cash, or used outside Infwave services.
| Delivery | Online delivery. Customers access the service with an account and API key after activation. |

| Pricing and currency | The public model catalog may list prices in USD or CNY depending on the model category. The final charge amount, charge currency, conversion method, and any applicable fees are determined by the checkout page, quotation, payment link, or contract. International card checkout is generally shown in USD first; if Alipay, WeChat Pay, or another CNY channel is enabled, checkout converts the applicable price to CNY and displays the final CNY amount. |
| Payment methods | Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Accepted card brands and local payment methods depend on customer location, issuing bank, card network, risk checks, and real-time checkout availability. |
| Statement descriptor | Card statements may show INFWAVE.COM or a similar descriptor configured with the payment provider. Please contact support to verify an order before opening a card dispute. |
| Upstream services | Requests are forwarded to the relevant model or infrastructure provider. Upstream availability, rate limits, content policies, and service terms may affect the final experience. |
| Invoices and records | Customers may request transaction records, usage records, or pro forma invoices. Formal tax invoice availability depends on the actual contracting entity and regional rules. |
Terms of Use
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for securing your account email, login credentials, API keys, and callback configuration. API usage caused by customer-side key leakage is the customer's responsibility.
- Infwave may suspend or restrict accounts, API keys, payment access, or specific model access due to risk controls, abuse, unpaid balances, upstream limitations, legal requirements, or security incidents.
- Customers must not bypass rate limits, attack the service, abuse bulk registration, or package Infwave credits as a transferable secondary balance, wallet, collection, or payment product.
Permitted and prohibited use
Customers must comply with applicable laws, upstream model policies, Infwave's reasonable-use rules, and the data, content, and export-control requirements of their jurisdiction. The service may not be used for fraud, malware, unlawful content, unauthorized scraping, infringement, sanctions evasion, or other high-risk illegal activity.
Service changes
Models, pricing, credit conversion, upstream providers, rate limits, and feature availability may change. For paid but unused credits, Infwave will try to maintain availability or provide a reasonable alternative. If a material service failure occurs, the unused portion may be handled under the refund policy.
Privacy Policy
Information we collect
- Account information: email, login method, language preference, invitation code, and activation status.
- Payment and billing information: order ID, payment status, amount, currency, payment channel, refunds, and dispute records. Full card numbers are processed by payment providers and are not stored by Infwave.
- Usage information: API key identifier, model, timestamp, consumption, status, error code, task ID, and operational metadata needed for troubleshooting.
- Google sign-in information: if Google sign-in is enabled, Infwave uses only basic identity scopes (openid, email, profile) to identify the account. Infwave does not request Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other sensitive content scopes.
Request content and upstream forwarding
To provide the service, customer request content is forwarded to the relevant upstream model or infrastructure provider. Infwave does not use customer requests to train its own models. The system may retain necessary metadata, statuses, and error summaries for troubleshooting, security auditing, billing reconciliation, and abuse detection.
Use and sharing
We use data to provide the service, process payments, produce billing and usage records, protect security, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell customer personal information. Necessary service providers may include payment processors, cloud infrastructure, email services, upstream model providers, and security monitoring tools.
Payment security
Payment pages should be served over HTTPS. Card and local payment information is handled by Stripe or another payment provider under its security and PCI compliance processes. Infwave stores only order, payment status, amount, currency, and necessary billing records.
Access, deletion, and security requests
You may contact hello@infwave.com from your registered email to request account data export, deletion, privacy clarification, or security support. For security incidents, include [SECURITY] in the subject line.
Refund and Dispute Policy
Refund principles
- Unused one-time top-ups or pay-as-you-go service credits may be submitted for manual refund review. Approval depends on payment channel status, transaction state, risk controls, and actual service consumption.
- Monthly cards, fixed-period access passes, subscription-period packages, or any access product clearly sold for a defined service period are generally non-refundable and not prorated after purchase. Cancellation stops future-period charges only and does not automatically refund the current period, except where required by law, for duplicate charges, clear mistaken payments, or material service failures.
- Consumed API calls, completed visual tasks, upstream costs already incurred, and delivered custom work are generally non-refundable.
- Duplicate charges, clear mistaken payments, unauthorized transactions, or long-running inability by Infwave to deliver the core service will be prioritized.
- Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Payment processor fees, foreign-exchange costs, bank fees, or dispute fees may be non-refundable.
Refund timing
After complete order information is received, Infwave usually completes the initial review within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment channel as soon as practical; the bank, card network, or payment provider may take additional business days to post the refund.
Dispute handling
Please contact hello@infwave.com first and include the order ID, account email, payment time, amount, issue description, and screenshots. If a dispute is opened directly with a payment provider, Infwave may submit usage, login, delivery, and support records as evidence.
Recommended first payment
New customers or customers using a new payment channel should complete a small real payment and API-call test before buying a larger package.
Cancellation Policy
Prepaid credits
If the current product is purchased through one-time top-ups or prepaid credits, there is usually no automatic renewal and no subscription cancellation action. You may stop using your API key, or contact support to close the account, freeze unused credits, delete account data, or request manual refund review.
Monthly cards, subscriptions, or auto top-up
Monthly cards or fixed-period access passes show the service period, expiry time, and renewal status on the checkout page. If there is no auto-renewal, the access period expires naturally. If subscriptions, auto top-up, or automatic renewal are enabled, the cancellation path, renewal period, and effective time should be clearly shown in the console or checkout page. Cancellation usually stops future charges, but does not automatically refund the current period, consumed services, or upstream costs already incurred.
Contact and Support
Support email
Contact: hello@infwave.com. To help us investigate faster, include your account email, order ID, last four characters of the API key, task ID, request time, and screenshots.
Response expectation
During the pilot and invite-only phase, support is primarily handled manually. Payment, security, and production outage issues are prioritized. General activation, usage reconciliation, and product questions are handled in received order. Any formal SLA is governed by a separate contract.
